His competencies lie at both ends of the multicore, is a trusted mentor & supporting friend for his industry colleagues, and has delivered at all scales of tour management. Charlie thrives on the road, handling moving parts in real time, while Helen keeps everything running seamlessly from base. Together, they ensure every detail is covered and every tour runs like clockwork.

Helen has been working in live events and project managing since 2010, bringing a decade and a half of precision and calm to the fast-paced world of touring. With a sharp eye for detail and a big-picture mindset, she ensures every moving part runs smoothly. While Charlie leads from the field, Helen operates from home soil, providing real-time troubleshooting and constant coordination to keep everything on track. Helen’s detail focused approach to logistics and scheduling, to her flexibility in handling last-minute changes on the road, make sure nothing is missed and every challenge is met head-on.
